Mr. Richardson serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief People & Administrative Officer of Covia Corporation from June, 2015 through July, 2024 where he provided leadership to the Human Resources, Information Technology, ESG and Corporate Communications teams. Prior to joining Covia, he was SVP Human Resources at The Sherwin-Williams Company. Mr. Richardson earned a B.A. Finance from Baldwin Wallace University and M.B.A. from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Richardson has served on the Alzheimer’s Impact Movement Board of Directors since October 2020 and was elected Treasurer in 2024. He joined the Alzheimer’s Association Board of Directors in 2013 and was elected Board Chair and Chair of the Executive Committee in 2020. His term on the Alzheimer’s Association Board ended October 2022. Mr. Richardson also serves as Director for United Way of Greater Cleveland.
